A booking with Ananas Catering becomes binding only after you receive our written confirmation detailing your selected menu, event date and time, delivery address, and total charges. To secure your date, we require a non‑refundable 50 % deposit, with the balance due no later than seven days before your event. Cancellations made more than fourteen days in advance incur a 25 % fee; cancellations between fourteen and seven days incur a 50 % fee; and cancellations within seven days are non‑refundable. You are responsible for providing clear venue access, adequate utilities (power, water), and any necessary permits.
Ananas Catering is not liable for delays or service failures resulting from restricted access, extreme weather, or other force‑majeure events. Requests for menu changes or additional services must be submitted at least seven days before the event and may affect pricing. These terms are governed by UAE law, and any disputes will be resolved in Dubai courts.
Ananas Catering collects only the information you provide such as your name, email, phone number, event address, guest count, and dietary requirements as well as technical data like your IP address, browser type, and access logs. We use this data exclusively to process and confirm your order, coordinate delivery and staffing, send event updates, and continually improve our website experience. Your personal information is never sold; we share it only with our trusted service partners (delivery teams, equipment suppliers, payment processors) under strict confidentiality and security protocols. All data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill our services or comply with legal obligations, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized
